  • No experience is required. The class is designed for women who have never trained in martial arts before. All techniques are broken down into simple, effective movements.

  • Yes. The Women’s Self-Defense Class is women-only for comfort and focus. Women are also welcome in all co-ed programs (BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling).
