When coming to the gym for the first time, feel free to come in comfortable athletic clothes ready to train. If you already have a Gi / gloves feel free to bring them as well.
We have Tumblers BJJ (ages 2-3), Tots BJJ (ages 4-6), Kids BJJ (ages 7-10), and Teens BJJ (ages 11-14). Check out the schedule here to see when each age group is training
Our Fundamentals Program provides you with a uniform (Gi + Belt) or gloves and access to our BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, and wrestling classes for the first month. Check out this link to learn more.
Yes, all your gear and merch orders from One Way can be shipped directly to your door. If you would prefer to pick up your purchase at the gym, please make sure to check that option at checkout. Due to logistics and limited space there are some items that unfortunately we can not stock for our students and therefore need to be directly shipped you. Thanks for understanding.
