The video shows you the move. A partner and a coach show you where you're getting it wrong. One Way is at 5416 Eisenhower Ave, a short walk from Van Dorn Street Metro.

How much do the online BJJ courses cost?
$97 for one course (Bottom Game, Top Game, Unlock Your Magic or Takedowns for BJJ), or $147 for Bottom Game and Top Game together. You pay once and get 1 year of access from the day you buy. Nothing renews and you are never charged again.

Mahamed Aly, 4x IBJJF World Champion and head coach at One Way Martial Arts in Alexandria, VA, with One Way coaches Patrick Almeida and Malachi Edmond, IBJJF European Champion and World Silver Medalist. Most lessons are filmed on our mats.
Which course should I start with?
Most beginners start with Bottom Game, because new white belts spend most rounds underneath. Getting both covers each side.
What happens when my year ends?
Your access ends and you are not charged. If you want to keep watching, you can buy another year.
Where do I watch after I buy?

Do the courses replace classes?
No. They support your training. Nobody learns to apply a technique without a live partner and a coach correcting the detail.
