BJJ Top Game Online Course
Top Game: pass the guard and keep the top
The passing and pinning we teach every new white belt at One Way Martial Arts in Alexandria, VA. 19 lessons of about 3 minutes each, filmed on our mats, to watch on your phone before class.

You finally get on top. Ten seconds later, you're back on the bottom.
Getting there isn't the hard part. Staying there is.
Top Game covers passing the guard and holding the position you worked for, all the way up to the mount and the finish.
Every lesson, in the order we teach it

The video shows you the move. A partner and a coach show you where you're getting it wrong. One Way is at 5416 Eisenhower Ave, a short walk from Van Dorn Street Metro.
First class free. Come in athletic clothes, and we lend you the gear you need.
I've never trained. Should I start here?
Most beginners start with Bottom Game, because new white belts spend most rounds underneath. Getting both covers each side.
Do I need a training partner?
You can watch on your own. Every move is shown with a partner, so to drill it you'll want one.
Gi or no-gi?
The lessons are filmed in the gi.

$97 for one course, or $147 for Bottom Game and Top Game together. You pay once and get 1 year of access from the day you buy. Nothing renews and you are never charged again.
