These terms apply when you use onewaymartialarts.com, buy from our online store, or use OneWay+ or our online courses. The site is run by One Way BJJ LLC, doing business as One Way Martial Arts ("One Way", "we", "us"), 5416 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

  • Use your real name and an email you check. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • OneWay+ and course access is for one person. Do not share your login.
  • Tell us right away at info@onewaymartialarts.com if you think someone else used your account.

2. Orders and prices

  • Prices, products and offers can change at any time, and may be limited to stock on hand.
  • If a price or description on the site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.
  • You agree to give correct billing details and to let us (through Shopify Payments) charge your payment method for what you buy.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy. OneWay+ billing and cancellation follow our Subscription Policy.

3. OneWay+ and online courses

  • When you buy a course or join OneWay+, you get a personal, non-transferable right to watch the videos for your own training, for the access period shown when you buy.
  • You may not download (except where the app allows offline viewing), copy, record, re-post, sell or share the videos, or use them to teach paid classes.
  • We may update, add or remove lessons over time.
  • We may close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

4. Train safely

Martial arts training has real risk of injury. Check with your doctor before you start any training program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Online lessons do not replace in-person coaching: practice slowly, with a willing partner, on a safe surface, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for following the instructions and using good judgment.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, photos, videos, logos and the One Way name on this site belong to One Way or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but do not copy our content or use our name or logo without our written permission.

6. Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, spam, fake bookings, or posting anything illegal, hateful or harmful. We may block anyone who does.

7. Other websites

Our pages link to and embed other services, such as the team store on our Shop pages, YouTube, Google Maps and our booking forms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and may have errors or downtime. To the fullest extent allowed by Virginia law, One Way is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the online content, and our total liability for any claim about an online purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Virginia law that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute about the site or an online purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Alexandria, Virginia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
