One Way runs Gi and No-Gi on separate classes, so you can pick one or train both.

  • Gi, for beginners: BJJ Fundamentals at 6:00 AM on Monday and Friday, 12:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday, and 6:00 PM on Monday and Wednesday
