Refund policy

This policy covers refunds for One Way Martial Arts' online training: the OneWay+ membership and our online courses. To ask for a refund, email info@onewaymartialarts.com with your name and order number, or call (703) 951-4440.

OneWay+ membership

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for. We do not refund partial months or years. If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice for the same period, or after you cancelled on time), we will refund the extra charge. Details are in our Subscription Policy.

Online courses

Courses give you access to every lesson right away, so course sales are final. We will refund a course if:

• you were charged more than once for the same course by mistake; or
• a technical problem on our side keeps you from opening the course and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your email.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
