Cancellation policy

This policy covers OneWay+, One Way Martial Arts' online membership. It explains how billing, renewals and cancellations work.

1. Plans and billing

  • OneWay+ is billed monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the OneWay+ page and at checkout.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and managed by our subscription provider, Appstle. Your receipt shows your next billing date.

2. First week free

  • New members get their first week free when the offer is shown at checkout.
  • If you cancel before the free week ends, you are not charged.
  • If you do not cancel, your first payment is charged when the free week ends, and your plan then renews every month or year.
  • Members-only offers follow the terms shown with the offer.

3. Cancel at any time

  • Online: open Manage my subscription, enter the email you signed up with, open the login link we email you, and choose Cancel.
  • By email: write to info@onewaymartialarts.com from the email on your account. We process cancellations within 2 business days.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

4. Refunds

We do not refund partial months or years, or time you did not use. If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice for the same period, or after you cancelled on time), email us and we will refund the extra charge.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again over the next few days and email you so you can update your card. If the payment still fails, your access will pause until it goes through.

6. Price changes

If the price of your plan changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price starts at that renewal. If you do not want to continue, cancel before that date.

7. What you get

OneWay+ gives you access to One Way's class curriculum videos and online courses included in the membership while your plan is active. We add new videos regularly and may update or remove lessons over time. Access is for one person; do not share your login. Our Terms of Service also apply.
